Bartender – The Wellhouse (Happy Jack, AZ)

The Wellhouse is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team. We’re a high-traffic, fast-paced restaurant in a unique rural setting, and we need someone who can handle volume while delivering great service.

Requirements:

Previous bartending experience required
Must have a valid Arizona Title 4 certification
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be reliable, professional, and a team player

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Verify IDs and ensure compliance with Arizona liquor laws
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Interact with guests and provide a great experience
