We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who can lead a team, keep operations tight, and step in wherever needed. This is not a sit-in-the-office role—you’re on the floor, in the kitchen, and making things happen.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
- Â Oversee daily restaurant operations (front + back of house)Â
- Â Lead, schedule, and support staffÂ
- Â Ensure strong customer service and smooth service flowÂ
- Â Handle inventory, ordering, and basic cost controlÂ
-  Jump in during rushes—expo, line, or front as neededÂ
- Â Maintain cleanliness, organization, and standardsÂ
⏰ Schedule:
- Â Mix of mornings, afternoons, and eveningsÂ
- Â Weekend availability requiredÂ
- Â Full-timeÂ

- Â Restaurant management or strong leadership experienceÂ
- Â Can handle pressure and make quick decisionsÂ

 Qualifications:Â
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
